Journalists trained on reporting about children
The National Children Authority, a statutory body that is responsible for the promotion of the rights of children, has offered training to Journalists in the greater Masaka region on how to ethically report about children.
1,064 children who have been sexually abused, tortured during the lockdown in Masaka region and this training is intended to strengthen the capacity and technique on reporting on issues regarding children.
