Hundreds watch Dr Lwanga’s burial proceedings on television
Archbishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga has, on Thursday, been laid to rest in a special ceremony at Lubaga cathedral. Due to prevailing Covid-19 restrictions, only 500 people were allowed to attend the burial though hundreds more would have loved to be present as the beloved Archbishop was being sent to his final resting place. Most people had to make do with following the proceedings on TV and radio. We spent the day with some of these people who shared their experiences.
