Gov’t moves to iron out upcountry zonal office challenges
The Ministry of Lands zonal office in Lira has been accused of providing multiple land titles and excessive delays in issuing title to residents seeking to get title for their land. There have also been complaints of issuing titles for public land and corruption. Local leaders raised the concern while meeting the State Minister for Land, Dr Sam Mayanja in Lira City, Isaac Otwii reports.
