EALA PLENARY RESUMES: Speaker Ngoga blasts South Sudan authorities on absence
The Speaker of the East African Legislative assembly Martin Ngoga has criticized the South Sudan Minister for East African Community Affairs Deng Kuol for consistently being absent from proceedings. The Speaker noted that since Deng was appointed minister of EAC affairs in 2020, he has not set foot in Arusha and his oath was taken online.
