Cargo scanner breakdown leavers truckers, traders stuck
Hundreds of trucks loaded with cargo are stuck at the Busia border with Kenya after the cargo scanner broke down yesterday. This means that no trucks can enter the country from Kenya. Among them are trucks carrying fuel. Uganda Revenue Authority brought in a mobile emergency scanner but it also failed.
