Why oil will remain key in developing countries
The pressure for the world and Uganda to start leaning more on the so-called clean energy as opposed to fossils rages on. But because even where clean energy like hydro electric power exists, access is still poor, analysts reason that for the likes of Uganda, oil is a key means by which access and indeed clean energy transition will happen.
