Uganda’s power blackouts threaten business confidence
Persistent electricity blackouts continue to undermine business confidence in Uganda, raising concerns across the nation. However, during the Business Climate Index Dissemination Workshop, UEDCL Managing Director Paul Mwesigwa acknowledged the challenges inherited from UMEME and assured that ongoing investments would bring long-term improvements.
