TAX COLLECTION: New measures not effective
Some of the new tax measures established by the government like the tax on Gold exports, fish maw among others have not quite made the impact that was anticipated. According to the Uganda Revenue Authority half-year report, the taxman fell short of the target by 900 billion shillings.
