PDM is a low hanging fruit
While existing policies and laws are often criticized for their shortcomings, some of them already serve as facilitators for the private sector, providing opportunities for innovation. A case in point is the Parish Development Model, which occupies a central position in the government's development agenda and serves as a catalyst for private sector-led innovation, both technological and otherwise.
