FUEL CRISIS: When railway is ignored
Uganda Railways Corporation a government entity has challenged fuel importers on persisting with road transport claiming that the railway has the capacity to carry half of the country's fuel demand in one go. The current fuel crisis has exposed the challenge that lies with depending on overreliance on road transport for fuel imports.
