DATA FOR BUSINESS: Making informed decisions with data
The current 37.9% internet penetration within Uganda's economy is seen as barely matching actual access and utilization of both online and physical data, according to data statisticians. Access and solid scrutiny of various forms of statistical data, should therefore be a cardinal effort for both small and large enterprises, given the latest shifts in business trends. Bonita Nyamwire, a Research fellow, on collaborative data gathering says the shift on business and social activities due to Covid 19 and the economy calls for action.
