Will Uganda's entertainment industry overcome COVID-19 effects? | MORNING AT NTV
Uganda’s COVID-19 cases have increased over the past week and has triggered fears among leaders and citizens of the country, with the second wave of the pandemic, explained ostensibly to be of advanced effects. This has compelled government through ministry of health and the cover task force to start thinking of possible measures to paralyse the spread and effects of the pandemic, among a few options to consider, is a second lockdown in districts that are hot spots for covid. We have Andrew Kaggwa, an arts journalist with daily monitor and Sandra Ssuubi an artist, to interrogate the above concern.
