KICKSTARTER: Weighing the impact of president's PDM country tours
President Museveni has kicked off the final phase of his countrywide Presidential Zonal Tours under the Parish Development Model (PDM), starting with Kampala District. Launched in 2022, the PDM aims to lift 39% of Ugandan households from a subsistence economy into the money economy by delivering resources and training at the parish level. In this episode, we explore the true essence of the President’s tours and what they mean for the ordinary Ugandan.
