Local boxers to earn semi pro status
Local amateur pugilists are set to graduate to a semi professional level thanks to a newly signed deal between the Uganda Boxing Federation and American professional boxing promotions company Probellum. The deal will see Ugandan boxers traverse the world to feature in semi professional fights but retain their status on the national boxing team.
