DARE TO BELIEVE: Rower Noble to fly Uganda’s flag in women’s singles sculls
25 athletes are primed to represent Uganda at the Tokyo Olympics. The first athlete in action will be Kathleen Grace Noble who takes part in the women’s single sculls at the Sea Forest Waterway on Friday. Noble, who is aged 26, will become the first Ugandan to figure in a rowing event at the Olympics. We unplug who she is in another instalment of our Olympics 2020 Dare to Believe series.
