STATE OF SECURITY: Police warn revellers on observing SOPs
Police has asked Ugandans to be wary of their security and health as the country's nightlife is opened for the first time in nearly two years. Police spokesperson Fred Enanga warned that the Covid-19 pandemic still exists and revelers, who are urged to observe the preventive measures.
