School for the Pwd in Masindi struggles with poor infrastructure
Masindi School of the Handicapped in Bikonzi Sub-county, Masindi District, is struggling with poor infrastructure, leaking classrooms and inadequate facilities for children with disabilities. Although the girls’ dormitory was recently rehabilitated by the district, many challenges remain, including a lack of fencing, ramps, security lighting, and unpaid staff wages.
