REMEMBERING BEN KIWANUKA: Memorial to slain former chief justice to be unveiled
The government will on Monday next week unveil a monument in memory of former Chief Justice Benedicto Kiwanuka. The move comes on the occasion to remember his abduction from his office at the High Court in Kampala in 1972, reportedly on the orders of the former president Idi Amin Dada. The Ben Kiwanuka monument is expected to be unveiled by the president.
