Private schools recommended for skilling underprivileged learners
The Ministry of Education has welcomed more private operators setting up schools deliberately to implement the practical side of the current lower secondary school curriculum. According to Mary Mutende, Private schools and institutions are helping to tap into the talents of underprivileged youths and helping them reach the top of their skill set. This was during the opening of the Empower International Academy together with Music for Africa in Mpigi district.
