PORNOGRAPHY ACT: Police drilled about legal loopholes
The pornography control commission has embarked on capacity building for Criminal Investigations officers as it seeks to put tight controls on the making and distribution of adult content. The move follows the enactment of the anti-pornography act in 2014 which has faced a number of challenges both at enforcement and political fronts
