Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee questions award of Entebbe Airport expansion contract
The Public Accounts Committee of Parliament has questioned the award of a $200m contract to the Chinese Communication Construction Company to expand Entebbe International Airport. Committee Members claim the company never went through an open bidding process, a move that the company managers continue to deny.
