Nabbanja blasts district leaders for dealing with thugs
Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has blasted district leaders for failing to control the rampant theft of drugs in government-owned hospitals. The Premier's concern came as she spoke at a fund-raising drive to build a residential house for the clergy at Naminya Catholic parish in the Buikwe District.
