Motorists, pedestrians stuck in heavy traffic jam as schools reopen
Motorists awoke to a massive traffic jam in Kampala and its suburbs as parents finally returned learners to school after two years away, after government lifted its lockdown restriction. Many of the parents and pupils complained of the high fares being charged on top of the difficulties in securing a vehicle to transport them to their final destination.
