INCLUSIVE EDUCATION: Education ministry says it is finalizing the policy
Ministry of Education officials say they are in the final process of producing a National Inclusive Education policy which is hoped, will close the gap in the education sector and cater for children with special needs. The ministry says that in this policy, teacher training institutions will impart skills of handling handling these learners in the school community. The matter was discussed at a meeting on the policy in Kampala.
