Health Ministry orders striking interns out of hospital premises
Intern doctors on strike are contemplating suing the government after it gave them one week to vacate all regional referral hospitals to allow new interns to start work in 2022. The directive was contained in a letter by the Director, General Health Services Dr Henry Mwebesa to all hospital directors and medical superintendents at all medical Internship Training Sites.
