Govt launches management information system for learning
The Ministry of Gender, labour and social development has launched the information management system for integrated community learning for wealth creation. Representatives of the four pioneer districts Namayingo, Iganga, Mpigi and Nwoya for this system attended. The ministry said more than 10 million Ugandans cannot read or write so this system is aimed at reducing the level of illiteracy.
