Gold investors tasked to improve workers’ conditions
The Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, Dr Ruth Nankabirwa, has urged investors in the country to ensure they improve the working conditions of their employees. Minister Nankabirwa, who is in Eastern Uganda on a fact-finding mission about the operations of the various companies, made the revelations at Wagagai Gold Mining Company in Busia District.
