Fort Portal is latest urban area to run out of fuel
In Fort Portal City, the fuel shortage has seen the cost of petrol rise up to 5,500 shillings per litre. Out of 14 fuel stations, only two still have some in their reserves. The shortage has also forced people to buy in jerrycans and stock up in their homes. District leaders say this is a huge risk.
