District planners form union to streamline national development plans
District planners, responsible for planning across various departments and sectors at the district level, have formed an umbrella body to help synchronize the country's planning priorities. According to them, the Uganda National Planners Union will eliminate unprofessional conduct, inefficiency, and abuse of office, which have affected development plans.
