Deputy speaker confirms Oulanyah’s treatment abroad
Deputy Speaker of parliament Anita Among has officially informed the house and the country that Speaker Jacob Oulanyah is unwell. Among says that in consultations with medical officers from Mulago Hospital and his personal doctors, Oulanyah is seeking medical attention abroad.
