Child marriages are evil - Vice President
Vice President Jessica Alupo states that the increasing cases of child marriages and pregnancies in Uganda can be prevented if families prioritize culture in child-rearing. Alupo's message to social workers and local leaders, conveyed by Rose Lilly Akello, the State Minister for Ethics and Integrity, was delivered during the launch of the girl child education campaign in Kiruhura and Kazo districts.
