Building methods, substandard materials blamed for collapsing buildings
Bad building methods and substandard materials have been singled out as major causes of building accidents especially in metropolitan Kampala. State Minister of Works and Transport Musa Ecweru has attributed this to the weakness of supervision agencies and failure of regulatory bodies in enforcing the set building laws and regulations.
