Amnesty International wants safety for civilians in ADF attack areas
With the UPDF still on the offensive against the Allied Democratic Forces in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, Amnesty International is concerned about the safety of civilians. The group has asked all parties involved in the onslaught to adhere to international humanitarian law and to ensure that civilians are protected.
