Policy on selling dairy products in offing
The Central Government together with the Food and Agricultural Organisation have started a consultation process that will finally give way to a policy, to help regulate the sale of Dairy products in the country targeting product standards, facilities and health concerns among others. It is hoped that the process will also help Uganda improve its dairy exports with 70% of milk traded informally.
