Tracing Joshua Cheptegei's investments in the sports’ sector
Joshua Cheptegei, Uganda's gold medal winner is also a sports investor in his community in Sebei region. The 5000 meters Olympic champion used the proceeds from his international endorsements and prize money to build a training track in the high altitude area of Teryet in Kapchorwa district. Sam Mpoza had visited this facility in 2019 and compiled this report.
