MoH’s ‘munoonye’ campaign to identify children with HIV
The permanent secretary in the Ministry of Health Diana Atwiine has called for inclusiveness for all mothers to attend antenatal care to able to fill the gap of identifying children who have HIV. Atwiine spoke at an event where the health ministry launched the 'MUNONYE' campaign aimed at identifying more than 10,000 children and adolescents between the ages of 0 - 19 who are living with HIV. The national campaign will run from April to September this year.
