Eviction of Balaalo herdsmen underway in Pakwach
The eviction of nomadic herdsmen, commonly known as the Balaalo, which started in Pakwach District yesterday, is progressing well. Security officers implementing the eviction say the exercise is not sparing anyone found illegally grazing animals in the area. The exercise, which began last year, was briefly suspended following the outbreak of Foot and Mouth Disease, as Rashul Adidi reports.
