MUHWEZI CENSURE MOTION: Opposition MPs start collecting signatures
Over 30 Opposition members of parliament on Thursday signed a censure motion against security Minister Maj Gen. Jim Muhwezi. The opposition is accusing Muhwezi of abuse of office and misconduct for failing to deter detention without trial and torture of opposition supporters.
