Hoima businesses urged to embrace technology
The business community in Hoima City is being urged to more actively embrace the use of technology while conducting business. This, they say, would enable them to easily connect with online customers as a way of boosting their income and increasing their customer base. Officials in the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance say the use of technology would also help create jobs for unemployed youths in Hoima City as well as increase tax revenue for the central government.
