HOIMA SUGAR FACTORY: Security officials block developments over clashes
The Albertine Regional Security Committee has halted activities taking place on the Land that Bunyoro Kitara Kingdom Leased to Hoima Sugar Factory on Bugoma Central Forest for a Period of two weeks over security concerns. This decision was derived as a temporary solution to the build-up conflict over land between the sugar factory and the residents of Hoima sub-counties.
