Guard confesses to murders, dumping bodies in septic tank
Police has confirmed the arrest of a security guard, who has also reportedly confessed to murdering two people and dumping their bodies in a septic tank in Kabowa, Kampala. The 28-year-old has been on the run but was finally nabbed in his hideout.
