Government notes labour externalisation challenges, vows to find solutions
The government has initiated negotiations with Middle East Countries, where most Ugandans have foreign work opportunities to deal with the challenges of externalization of labour. As PATRICK SENYONDO reports, these discussions are planned to result in a joint technical committee and a tracking mechanism that will ensure the rights of Ugandans are respected and an ethical recruitment process is followed.
