Education officials decry low numbers of learners
Kisoro District Education Officer, Emmanuel Mwunvaneza has decried the low turn-up of students, days after the government reopened schools for operations. This follows reports that some learners have resorted to cross border trade at the Bunagana and Kyanika border post, which borders Uganda with Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
