Boda-boda operators welcome new directives
There has been an outpouring of joy at President Museveni's announcement, lifting the nighttime curfew against boda boda riders, weeks after he fully reopened the economy. The President issued this new directive while presiding over the 41st Tarehe Sita celebrations in Mbale City.
