Amongi urges Lango clan leaders to embrace socio-economic development
Gender Minister Betty Amongi is urging Lango clan leaders to borrow a leaf from other active cultural institutions across the country and take a more active role in socio-economic development.
Her call came as she delivered a message from President Museveni, who recently proposed increasing the monthly remuneration for cultural leaders to 60 million shillings.
