Uganda, China activate mutual recognition agreement for economic operators
Uganda and China have activated the mutual recognition agreement signed in 2021 to recognize each other's, Authorized economic operators. These are a set of importers, exporters, and agents who are deemed above board in their customs declarations and systems by the tax authorities. Uganda has 118 of these while China has over 500.
