Netball federation launches campaign to raise Shs36bn to build own home
The Uganda netball federation has launched a campaign to raise 36 billion shillings for building a home for the sport in Kampala. Federation president Sarah Babirye says the first phase of the campaign will look to raise two billion shillings to buy land. Tonight's fundraising dinner as preparations are concluded for the national netball team for the forthcoming commonwealth games in Birmingham.
