Three MPs further remanded over diverted cooperatives’ money
The Anti-Corruption Court has further remanded the three incarcerated Members of Parliament who are facing charges of diverting public funds released for compensation of cooperatives unions in war claims.The trio and two others will return to court on Thursday next week for determination of their bail application.An agreement was reached in court on the request of prosecution team that requested for a grant of adequate time to enable the verify details and particulars of sureties that were presented in support of their bail application.
