Storm ravages Nakasongola church, school
Kinoni Church of Uganda Primary in Kakooge Sub County, Nakasongola District has been left topless after a heavy rain characterized by a windstorm blew off its roof. Elsewhere three blocks of two classrooms each were affected. According to residents, the rain started at around 2 pm yesterday. The parents and teachers are now worried about where their children will be when the third term resumes on the 18th of September. The Area Member of Parliament Noah Mutebi has called for help from the Office of the Prime Minister specifically from the Ministry of Disaster Preparedness.
