Police bars buses from traveling at night
Several travellers were stranded in Luwero as Police enforced curfew guidelines. The police mounted a roadblock at Kasana and stopped vehicles as many people were going home to celebrate Christmas. Savana Region Police Spokesperson Isah Ssemwogerere says the operation was meant to prevent accidents and enforce curfew guidelines.
